Shop Policies

Pickup Option:

Please email to let us know that you would like to pickup your order.  Once your order is picked up, we will issue a refund for any shipping charges associated with the order. 

Issues:

If you have an issue with your Fabric Design Treasures order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We are unable to help with issues that have not been reported within this timeframe. 

Fabric Photos

Fabric photos may differ slightly from computer screen to computer screen.  We will not issue any refunds for slight variations in colours.

Returns:

We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 


Cancellations:  

We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.  However, we will provide a credit for another item in our store if you notify us before we cut the fabric.

Pricing Errors:

We reserve the right to cancel any orders with pricing errors. 

Out Of Stock Products: 

Occasionally, an item you purchase may be out of stock. You will be given the option of a refund, or replacement. If you chose to replace with an item of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.

Fat Halves/Quarters: 

Fat halves or fat quarters are precut by the manufacturer or curated by Fabric Design Treasures.  Fat halves and fat quarters are only available if the fabric pieces/bundles is pre-cut by the manufacturer. 

Discount Codes:

Coupon codes must be used at checkout. We cannot apply codes to orders that have been completed online

Lost Parcels:

If a tracked package has been deemed lost. (over 30 days with no movement on the tracking number), then the order will be reshipped.  Should the ordered item no longer be available, a credit will be issued.

Fabric Design Treasures CANNOT issue a refund/shop credit for packages that the carrier has a status of delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
