Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed.

Shipments may be subject to customs, duties and importation fees. You are responsible for any charges incurred at customs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

We are not responsible for an incorrect address once an order has been dispatched.  Please verify your address is correct when placing an order.

Should mail be misdirected due to our error, we will reship your order.

Shipping to addresses in Canada:

Orders to Canada are shipped with Canada Post.  Orders totaling $150 before taxes ship for free.

Shipping to addresses in the USA:

Orders to the USA are shipped with the United States Postal Service.  

U.S. Shipping Update

We understand that our U.S. customers may have questions about tariffs on Canadian goods.

Most of our fabrics are imported into Canada and are not considered Canadian-origin products. U.S. Customs generally determines applicable tariffs and duties based on a product’s country of origin and classification—not simply the country from which the order is shipped.

Therefore, tariffs specifically imposed on Canadian-origin goods would not generally apply to these imported fabrics. However, other duties or import charges may apply depending on the fabric’s country of origin and current U.S. customs regulations.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $18 or $25 Canadian depending on the type of fabric ordered.  All orders are tracked.  You will see the applicable flat rate at checkout.
